Return And Refund Policy

Didn’t like the product colour or quality? No worries, relax and sit back. Any return and refund request for an order can be initiated within 10 days of the order delivery.

We will soon arrange a reverse pickup to collect the product(s). Please make sure the items are unused. The reverse pickup will be attempted within 3 business days (Mon to Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. It takes 3-6 business days for those products to reach back to our ware house.

We would request you to please be patient as the whole process will take approximately 5-8 business days depending on your area and pin code.

Once we have receive the products back at our warehouse, the product(s) amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days once the quality check is done.

Refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount of INR.100 would be deducted from the product amount.

We have to pay extra INR.100 to our shipping partners for arranging reverse pickup from your doorstep. However, we do understand that our customers should not suffer because of our policies and hence we collect INR.100 initially to make the process smooth and we are happy to reverse the charges back as store credits for future shopping.

Please note, in case if we do not have a reverse pick up service in your area, you will be requested to self-ship the product you wish to exchange/return on the address mentioned below. Please check that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs.100 will be refunded to you in terms of Store Credits which you can use for future shopping.

To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may refuse returns in case the product(s) has(have) been worn, washed or soiled.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
